The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff, good breakfast variety, convenient location near train station.

For the price I paid, the value was great. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice addition of a bathtub and mini fridge. The location was convenient, with the U-Bahn and an express bus nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the suburbs of Hamburg, right off the Autobahn A1. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities were all provided, and my room even had a nice view overlooking the surrounding area. The mattresses on the two single beds were comfortable and the duvet covers were clean and fresh. Plus, the breakfast offered was satisfying and helped start my day off on the right foot.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center of Hamburg by car, with an easy and quick commute. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, with a shopping complex just a short distance away. The area is also safe and secure. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is included and satisfactory, with a good selection of food and drinks.

Elevator system may be slow and outdated.

- We were allowed to enter the room much earlier because it was already finished. It was very nice... - It's within walking distance of the mall and the subway.

The chambermaids knocked on all the doors in the corridor at 9.00 in the morning and shouted "Get up!" - impossible!!!

The spacious room had a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The hotel was located near many restaurants and shops which made finding places to eat convenient. The hot shower was always available and had good water pressure which made for a relaxing start to the day.

The walls were paper-thin, and the noise from outside and other rooms was constantly disturbing. The breakfast was limited in options which made eating the same thing every day quite boring. The lack of privacy from the cleaning staff entering the room early in the morning was frustrating.

It was comfortable,no problem with my late check-in time,polite staff,fairly easy to get to(from the u-bahn station a 15-20 min walk through the shopping centre) and plenty of amenities nearby.

The staff were very polite,pleasant and very helpful but for a top hotel it would have been nicer for them to be able to speak a bit more English.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location next to shopping centre and metro station was also very good.
